PANSPED spol. s r.o. focuses on these two key activities:

• “House to house” road transportation
• Logistics and storage of metallurgical products

The former conception of the company founders concerning business scope was reduced during its existence due to internal and external influences. But nevertheless, business activities of our company are motivated by thorough effort to satisfy various needs of our customers and to offer complex services in the field of international and domestic freight forwarding.

For 20 years, the existence of our company is based on trust and contacts with both domestic and foreign subjects of the transportation market. It also cooperates with a diverse portfolio of transportation companies.

Company History

A formation of PANSPED spol. s r.o. was initiated by its two current co-owners and managing directors Ing. Evžen Adámek and Ing. Petr Štramberský in 1992. In cooperation with seven other partners they established a new legal entity. Some of these partners had already been working in the field of transportation and dispatch services, including former associates of PST Ostrava s r.o. But this project soon proved to be unreal and non-viable, so in the following years shares of the company have been transferred to current associates and managing directors, that are the company’s sole co-owners since 2001.

Despite initial plans, which suggested developing as a both transportation and dispatch company, it was decided, that PANSPED will not operate its own vehicles. Nowadays, this decision proved to be right.

Our company relocated its seat several times during its existence. Since 2004, our company is located in the Průmyslové centrum Homola a.s. in Ostrava-Kunčičky.
